Is There Room for Queen at the Table?

Introducing a New Vision for Education in Moshi

At Dealers of Hope, we often find ourselves asking: What if we could give more than just stability? What if we could give access? That question became real the day we met Queen.

Queen is 15 years old. She’s insightful, bright, and deeply curious. She also lives with osteogenesis imperfecta, a condition that makes her bones fragile and requires her to use a wheelchair full-time.

When Queen’s family joined our Faces of Hope program, we learned just how few schools in Moshi are prepared to welcome a student like her. Despite her hunger to learn, she’s spent much of her life on the sidelines, watching others go to school while her own education remains out of reach.

Queen's story has inspired something new at Dealers of Hope. We're calling it Steps to School.

It’s more than just a scholarship program. It's a community-led effort to remove the physical, financial, and social barriers that keep kids like Queen out of the classroom. We’re currently praying for a possible partnership with Hope International School in Moshi, whose values align beautifully with our own.

And before we launch, we want to hear from you.

Would you stand with us?
Would you help us turn this vision into something real?

If this story touches your heart, let us know. Your encouragement, input, and support could shape the way forward—for Queen and for many more to come.

Let’s take the first step—together.
