Our Work

Every initiative is built around real people, real families, and long-term relationships within these communities.

Mshiri Village

Located on the slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro, Mshiri Village is where our roots run deep. This is where many of our team members and their families live, including the families of our mountain crew.

Our work in Mshiri focuses on improving education, supporting families, and preserving cultural identity for future generations.

  • Mshiri Primary School renovation

  • Family support and sponsorship

  • Cultural preservation and future homestay experiences

Winrica Village

Winrica Village is a long-term vision already in motion—being built step by step to create jobs, opportunity, and a space where community and impact come together.

Located along the road to Mount Kilimanjaro, Winrica Village represents a growing vision for community-driven opportunity.

This initiative focuses on creating sustainable income through local businesses, job creation, and future projects that support both residents and visiting travelers.

  • Village shop (snacks, drinks, handmade goods)

  • Local employment opportunities

  • Community garden and food access

  • Future school and small health clinic

The People Behind the Work

Every initiative is rooted in real people and real families. The work we do is not separate from the individuals we serve—it is built around them.
